I would lock them in a room, tie one hand behind their backs, and the other to 3-foot-long wooden spoon. I would then give them their meals in a large pot, which would force them to feed each other, or starve. This in hopes that the act of feeding each other would allow for bonding.
However, this may cause them to hate each other more....
